Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and VS P777 ("we", "us", "the Platform", "the Operator") governing your access to and use of the VSP777 website located at https://vsp777.cam and all associated services, products and features offered thereon (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the VSP777 platform, creating an account, making a deposit or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and, if applicable, close your account. Continued use of the Services constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms as amended from time to time.

Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms:

• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a User on the VSP777 platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a User's Account, denominated in PKR (Pakistani Rupee) unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, free spins or other non-cash incentives credited to an Account under a specific promotion.
• "Eligible Player" means a User who meets all registration, age verification and jurisdiction requirements set out in Section 3.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals can be processed and, in certain cases, before deposits are accepted.
• "Platform" means the VSP777 website at https://vsp777.cam, its mobile-optimised interface and any associated applications.
• "Services" means all gaming, betting, casino, live dealer and ancillary services available on the Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory or jurisdiction where access to or use of the Services is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they are eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the relevant promotion's terms.

Account Eligibility

To open and maintain an Account on VSP777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the period your Account remains open:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age stipulated by the laws of your jurisdiction or by the operator's licence conditions, whichever is greater.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee or representative of any third party.
• You do not already hold an existing Account on the VSP777 platform, whether active, suspended or closed.
• You are not a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction as defined in Section 10 of these Terms.
• You have not been self-excluded from VSP777 or placed under a self-exclusion order that remains in effect.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director or officer of VSP777, nor an immediate family member of such a person.

Registration & KYC

4.1 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when registering your Account, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. Any deliberate misrepresentation of registration details constitutes a material breach of these Terms and entitles VSP777 to immediately terminate the Account without refund of Bonus Funds.

4.2 KYC Documentation

VSP777 may require you to submit identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (e.g. National Identity Card (CNIC), passport or driving licence);
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (e.g. utility bill or bank statement);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g. screenshot of an Easypaisa or JazzCash account registered in your name — for context purposes only, subject to supported methods at the time).

4.3 Verification Timeframes

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. VSP777 targets a verification decision within five (5) business days of receiving a complete set of documents. Players are encouraged to complete KYC as early as possible to avoid delays when requesting a withdrawal.

4.4 Ongoing Monitoring

VSP777 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks at any time, including requesting source-of-funds documentation for large deposits or withdrawals. Failure to cooperate with such requests may result in Account suspension.

Account Conduct

5.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. VSP777 will never request your password via email, Live Chat or any other channel. If you suspect your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected].

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension and potential forfeiture of balances:

• Opening or operating more than one Account (whether under the same or a different identity);
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting or any form of coordinated exploitation of the Platform;
• Exploiting software errors, technical faults or miscalculated odds — any winnings resulting from such exploitation will be voided;
• Depositing funds obtained through fraud, theft or other criminal activity;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape or copy any part of the Platform or its content;
• Harassing, threatening or abusing VSP777 support staff or other users.

5.3 Dormant Accounts

An Account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. VSP777 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts, subject to applicable law. Players will be notified by email before any fee is applied. Remaining balances will never be reduced below zero.

Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

All deposits must be made using payment methods accepted and displayed in the VSP777 cashier at the time of transaction. Payment method availability may change without notice. VSP777 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the deposit method must be registered in your own name. Deposits are typically credited to your Account balance within minutes, though processing times may vary.

References to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah on this platform are provided for general payment context familiar to Pakistani users. They do not represent confirmation that these providers currently support transactions to or from VSP777, nor any endorsement or affiliation. Players must verify supported payment methods in the cashier at the time of deposit.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Amounts

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). These limits may differ by payment method and are subject to change. VSP777 reserves the right to impose individual account-level deposit or withdrawal restrictions based on risk assessment or regulatory obligations.

6.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification (Section 4) and satisfaction of any applicable Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to technical feasibility. VSP777 targets processing of approved withdrawal requests within three (3) to five (5) business days, though times may vary by payment method.

6.4 Anti-Money Laundering

VSP777 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. We reserve the right to delay, suspend or refuse any withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect financial crime. In such cases, VSP777 may be legally obligated to report the matter to relevant authorities without notifying the User.

Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 General

All sports betting markets, casino games and live dealer games available on VSP777 are subject to their own specific game or market rules, which are published on the relevant game or market page. In the event of a conflict between those specific rules and these Terms, the specific rules prevail for the matter in question.

7.2 Cricket & Sports Markets

VSP777 offers markets on Pakistan cricket including PSL, bilateral T20 internationals, ICC tournaments and other competitions. References to these competitions are for sports context only. VSP777 is not affiliated with, endorsed by or in partnership with the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), the Pakistan Super League (PSL), the International Cricket Council (ICC) or any other sporting organisation.

7.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in full where: the event is abandoned or not completed within the timeframe specified in the market rules; odds were published in clear error; or a technical fault affected the acceptance or settlement of the wager. VSP777's decision on void bets is final.

7.4 Live In-Play Betting

In-play markets may be suspended or closed at any time due to match incidents or data feed interruptions. Bets accepted before a suspension are valid. Bets submitted during a suspension period will not be accepted. VSP777 is not liable for any loss arising from a player's inability to place or amend a live bet due to suspension.

Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, reload offers and other promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which form part of this Agreement. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless the specific offer terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to Eligible Players only. VSP777 reserves the right to exclude specific accounts from any promotion.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus Funds must be wagered at least the number of times stated in the offer (the "Wagering Requirement") before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the offer. Uncompleted bonuses expire at the end of the validity period and are removed from the Account without replacement.
• Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Contribution percentages by game type are listed on the promotions page.

8.2 Bonus Abuse

VSP777 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: hedging bets across outcomes to guarantee a profit; opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer; and coordinated bonus abuse with other players. Any Account found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have all associated Bonus Funds and bonus-derived winnings voided and the Account suspended.

8.3 Modifications and Withdrawal of Offers

VSP777 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that Bonus Funds already credited and partially wagered will not be retrospectively altered to the Player's detriment without reasonable notice.

Responsible Gambling

VSP777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling across all of its services. The following tools are available to all Account holders at no charge and with immediate effect (except where a mandatory delay is specified):

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly and monthly deposit caps configurable from within your Account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the total amount you can lose within a defined period. Subject to the same cooldown rules as deposit limits.
• Session Timers and Reality Checks: Set a maximum session duration or receive periodic on-screen reminders of the time elapsed and net session result.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend access to your Account for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days without permanently closing it.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a long-term or indefinite exclusion via Live Chat or by emailing [email protected]. Self-exclusions take effect within 24 hours and, once active, cannot be reversed for the minimum period chosen.

Prohibited Jurisdictions

VSP777 does not knowingly provide services to residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Services is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering an Account or placing any wager.

VSP777 may use IP geolocation and other technical measures to restrict access from Prohibited Jurisdictions. The use of VPNs, proxies or other circumvention tools to bypass such restrictions is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Any Account found to be using such tools will be immediately suspended and any associated balances may be forfeited.

Players located in Pakistan are specifically advised that the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 restricts gambling activities within Pakistan. VSP777 provides this information as a factual notice only and does not offer legal advice. Players must seek independent legal counsel if uncertain about their obligations.

Limitation of Liability

11.1 Service Availability

VSP777 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures and circumstances beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. VSP777 will not be liable for any loss arising from such unavailability provided it takes reasonable steps to restore the Services promptly.

11.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VSP777 excludes all liability for: loss of profits; loss of data; loss of opportunity; indirect, special or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the use of the Services, even where VSP777 has been advised of the possibility of such loss.

11.3 Cap on Liability

In all circumstances where VSP777 is found liable to a User, VSP777's aggregate liability shall not exceed the total value of real-money funds deposited by that User during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4 Player Responsibility

You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. VSP777 is not responsible for any financial loss suffered as a result of your voluntary participation in gambling activities on the Platform. You agree that you participate at your own risk and entirely of your own free will.

Intellectual Property

All content on the VSP777 platform — including but not limited to the VSP777 name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game assets and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of VSP777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms. Any reproduction, distribution, public display, modification or commercial exploitation of Platform content without prior written consent from VSP777 is strictly prohibited.

References to third-party brands, payment providers, sporting competitions and organisations (including but not limited to Easypaisa, JazzCash, PCB, PSL and ICC) are made for informational and contextual purposes only. VSP777 claims no ownership of, affiliation with or endorsement from any such third party.

Amendments

VSP777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where a change is material — meaning it substantially affects your rights or obligations — we will provide at least fourteen (14) days' notice by publishing the updated Terms on this page and, where practicable, by sending a notification to your registered email address.

Minor amendments (including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not affect substance, or changes required by applicable law) may take effect immediately upon publication. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account in accordance with Section 14.

Termination

14.1 Termination by the Player

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team via Live Chat or by emailing [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided the balance is not subject to an active investigation or freeze.

14.2 Termination by VSP777

VSP777 may suspend or permanently close your Account with immediate effect and without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms;
• VSP777 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering or other criminal activity;
• You have provided false, misleading or incomplete registration information;
• You are found to be a minor or otherwise ineligible to hold an Account;
• Continued operation of your Account would expose VSP777 to regulatory, legal or reputational risk;
• VSP777 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory instruction.

14.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination for cause attributable to the Player, VSP777 reserves the right to withhold any Bonus Funds and bonus-derived winnings. Real-money deposits may be returned at VSP777's discretion after deduction of any costs associated with investigating the breach.

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which VSP777 holds its operating licence, excluding any conflict of law principles that would require the application of a different jurisdiction's laws.

Nothing in this clause limits a consumer's statutory rights under the mandatory laws of their country of residence. Pakistani players are specifically reminded that local courts in Pakistan may apply Pakistani law to disputes arising within Pakistan, regardless of any governing law clause in these Terms.

VSP777 and the User agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally in the first instance by contacting [email protected]. Where informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue available legal remedies in the applicable jurisdiction.
